The BRAFM (Bikers Ride Against Farm Murders) project visited Jeffreys Bay around Midday on Sunday 8 April 2018, representing the Humansdorp Cluster as part of the organisation’s plan to visit specific stations within the various Clusters. The Tour continues today on to Motherwell & Alexandria and then on Monday they visit East London, Butterworth and Mthatha.
BRAFM visits communities and ask them to gather at the different SA Police Stations. The plan is to RIDE all nine provinces before middle 2018 – Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, OFS are done.
The current tour started in the Northern Cape, via the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and on to Kwazulu Natal from 2-11 April 2018. BRAFM meets with station commanders, cluster commanders and the Provincial Commissioners.
Signatures to the memorandum will be part of a memorandum and signatures of citizens will be handed to the Minister of Police & National Commissioner in the first half of 2018.
BRAFM’S message IS positive:
1. We carry a message of APPRECIATION
2. We carry a message of SUPPORT
3. We carry a message of COLLABORATIVE INTERACTIONS
4. We carry a message of HOPE – (we will pray with the community at the different SAPS offices AND WILL WANT TO ALSO INCLUDE the members AND staff of SAPS offices)
This project’s vision and mission is to unite Bikers and Biker Clubs nationally to honor the thousands of farmers that have been brutally murdered and more importantly support the thousands of farmers who live in constant fear of being the next victims. We want to join forces with other likeminded groups and support all efforts to stand against an authority that turns a blind eye to the plights of our farmers.
This campaign is not about politics, religion, race or self enrichment, but self preservation as not to become the next starving Africa country.
We want to involve people across the spectrum of our communities and as well as all media coverage. We want this world to sit up and take note. All this is only possible with the support of sponsors.
All funds generated out of our projects and functions will be used to assist:
· Farmers
· Effected Parties
· Educational Runs – Schools, Rural Communities
· Upkeep of existing places of remembrance
· Cost of the Organization
